Godrej EVE Wireless Home CCTV Cameras

We have a trio of EVE wireless security cameras from Godrej security solutions – Godrej Eve PT, Godrej Eve Mini, and Godrej Eve Cube — which differ in their design, features and price.

EVE stands for Easy Viewing Everywhere and exactly what it can do for you. It can broadcast everything from home cameras and beam it straight to your smart phone or tablet.

And it’s all really easy. All you have to do is install one of the Godrej EVE home cameras in your home. Then, just download the EVE app, which is available for both Android and iOS smartphones and rest will be taken care. Through EVE App, you can watch over your loved ones at home, even in complete darkness and listen in on what’s happening there from anywhere you are. It will keep your home and office super secure.

Video footages are recorded in the microSD card or NCR and WIFI internet connection is required for remote viewing (live or recorded) on App. The whole setup process takes around 10 minutes, and is assisted by step-by-step guidance in the app as well as audio instructions from the cameras. All these cameras come equipped with motion detectors and can send notifications through the app whenever they detect movement.

All three model cameras can be placed on a table or mounted on a wall or ceiling. The retail boxes of these trios come with their base mounting plates and the screws you'll need to attach the cameras to their stands. You also get an instruction manual, plus a Micro-USB cable and power adapter with the Eve PT and Eve Cube.

Godrej EVE PT:

EVE PT is a spherical unit that can rotate freely on its base mount. The exterior is glossy white with a thick black vertical strip which contains the megapixel camera and a hard flap covering the reset button and the microSD card slot. The base has a speaker, with the Micro-USB and Ethernet ports beside it in a small recess. The camera has a horizontal swivel range of 355 degrees, while the vertical angle can be between ‘-’10 degrees and 90 degrees. The motorised camera does not make any sound while rotating on its base when you control it using the Godrej Eve app on your smartphone or tablet. This camera can recognize microSD cards upto 128 GB in capacity. It has built-in mic and speaker which enables two way audio support.

Godrej EVE PT is available in two variants – 1 megapixel (720P HD video quality) and 2 megapixel (1080P HD video quality). Wide angle viewing for 1 megapixel is 92 degree and 2 megapixel is 105 degree.

Godrej EVE Cube:

The Godrej Eve Cube sports more conventional pedestal designs and have glossy white surfaces. The camera body is oval in shape (despite its name) with a centrally positioned camera lens. An infrared illuminator and LED light are positioned above and below the lens respectively.

The speaker is located at the back, just behind the megapixel camera lens, and there's a reset button below it. The right side features the Micro-USB port and a microSD card slot can be found on the left. This camera can recognize microSD cards of up to 128GB.

1 megapixel (720P HD video quality) and 2 megapixel (1080P HD video quality) are available in EVE cube series. The horizontal field of view is 95 degrees for 1 megapixel cameras and goes up to 105 degrees for Hi-Definition 2 megapixel cameras. The angle that the camera is pointed at can be adjusted by tilting and rotating it on its base to capture the desired frame. Since this is not a motorised model, you cannot reposition it remotely.

Godrej EVE Mini:

The EVE Mini gives you HD quality video in a camera compact enough to fit in the palm of your hand and any part of your home. The 1.3 megapixel camera on the EVE Mini will ensure that you don’t miss the details. Every image and every video is 960P high definition. This tiny piece of technology gives you a big view with a 115 degree viewing angle, so that you can see more of your home or office in every frame.

Godrej Eve Mini features a squarish camera body with rounded corners. The top-left corner is where the 1.3-megapixel sensor is located, with two IR illuminators for low-light vision to its right. These Powerful Infra-red LED’s let you see as clearly in the night as you would during the day. The microphone is located at the lower left corner to capture the audio.

The Godrej Eve Mini's camera body can be pivoted vertically as well as horizontally to adjust the camera angle manually. The left side features a microSD card slot and reset button. EVE Mini supports upto 64 GB micro SD card, which means you can record your precious moments and can relive them. The body is plastic with a glossy finish, but it looks premium, thanks to the smaller form factor and metallic stand.
